Bean borsch with mushrooms

Old Ukrainian dish. Beans were boiled in advance. Then soup was cooked from dried mushrooms, salt and sweet pepper were added at the end. Boiled mushrooms supposed to be brought out and cut. Potatoes were cut into pieces and added to the soup. Preparing a roast: grated beets, carrots, hashed onions stewed with oil and tomato juice. When potatoes are ready, adding roast, beans and mushrooms. Brought the soup to the boil, added chopped up cabbage, lessened fire and boiled 10-15 minutes. The dish was flavoured with hashed garlic and allowed to wait for 10 minutes. Sprinkled with fresh greenery and served on the table.
