One of the oldest types of ‘pundyk’, that is treats. They chopped butter, flour and soda on the cuttung board. Then added egg yolks, sugar and cream. After this, they made a stiff dough adding vinegar or gorilka. They rolled down a thin shortcake and cut in strips long as fingers. In the middle of each strip they made longitudinal incision. Dragging it to the end of the strip, they made of dough so-called nodules. Then boiled them in plenty of oil until they become crispy. These ‘pundyky’ were sprinkled with powdered sugar.
